How we work

ENQUIRY RECEIVED

When we receive your enquiry, a member of our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours to touch base with you and learn more about your project. You will then be emailed a digital questionnaire that will get you thinking about the key features you need and want on your website.

QUOTATION & KICK OFF MEETING

We will provide a transparent and deliverable-based quotation with a clear pricing structure. If you are happy, we cover the paperwork with you and then arrange the kick-off project meeting to get started.

WEBSITE DESIGN (UX/UI)

Once we are clear on your why and your vision we get to work designing how the website will look. We will then ask you to sign off a design for the home page, once we have this we will get to design how the rest of the website will look.

WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

We will share with you all of the template designs for your website. You have 2 rounds of amendments where we can make any changes you would like us to make. On sign-off, we build your website to be pixel-perfect - meaning it looks exactly like the design giving you access to a URL where you can see our development work progress.

TESTING, LAUNCH & TRAINING

We will test the website on a variety of platforms and screen sizes and optimise where necessary to deliver the best performance no matter what device is used to access the website.

Once your website is complete in development. We will provide full training so that you are able to add to and update your website with ease.

Our designs mean you can see and click through your website design as if it is the actual website, helping you to visualise and understand the user experience before the website is built.
